Falon Milligan joined the Litigation Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP/s.r.l. after having successfully completed both summer and articling programs with the firm. Falon is one of our Ottawa labour lawyers specializing in administrative tribunals, arbitration & mediation, commercial, employment, labour law and more. She graduated with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Ottawa and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from St. Thomas University in New Brunswick. While attending the University of Ottawa, Falon was awarded the Emond Harnden LLP Prize and the Catherine Helen MacLean Prize for the highest standing in Labour Law courses.

During Falon’s work as a research assistant in law school she developed effective research skills that are vital in today’s fast-paced legal environment. Community has always been important to Falon. In that regard, she has recently volunteered with the Reach Lawyer Referral Service, where she managed hundreds of client files with professionalism, ease and tact. For her service she was awarded the Reach Student Volunteer of the Year Award in 2012. Falon’s commitment to community translates into commitment to her clients, making her a welcome addition to the Litigation Law Group.
