A partner at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, Paul D'Angelo enjoyed a rapid rise in the legal profession with an emphasis on both commercial litigation and contract & corporate law.  He offers successful experience in a wide array of business matters, including general corporate & contract law, complex agreement drafting & negotiations, banking law, financial services, arbitration & mediation, insurance law, regulatory law, privacy law, bankruptcy & insolvency, commercial leasing, and franchise & trademark & technology contracts.  In his role as corporate counsel, Paul had demonstrated sound business judgment and development of strategic solutions.  As a litigator, Paul has successfully tried a multitude of cases at all court levels, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal for Ontario, Federal Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal, and defended applications to the Supreme Court of Canada.
