Wallace, has joined the firm\u2019s Partnership. Megan is a lawyer in our Business Law Group, assisting a variety of business clients \u2013 ranging from corporations that operate across Canada to local family-owned businesses on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions and advice on proposed agreements and transactions.\u00a0 Megan is also the Head of the Firm\u2019s Not-for-Profit and Charity Law Group \u2013 working with not-for-profits and charities on governance and compliance issues, transactions and agreements.
