He advises on matters relating to corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Much of Conor\u2019s work also focuses on helping young entrepreneurs and start-ups navigate the early stages of their development and deal with shareholder disputes.<\/p>\n<p>Jessica Barrow is a lawyer in the Firm\u2019s Litigation Group. She represents a variety of clients in the areas of commercial litigation, and labour and employment law.
