Brianna joined the Business Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP/s.r.l.in 2019 after completing both her summer and articling program with the firm. Brianna graduated Cum Laude from a joint program at the University of Ottawa in 2018, earning both an Honours Bachelor of Social Science with Specialization in Political Science (B. Soc. Sc.) and Juris Doctor (J.D.). While there, she served as a Teaching Assistant for the Alternative Dispute Resolution course, as well as a Caseworker at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic.
Since first joining the firm as a summer student, Brianna has acquired a wide range of practical legal experience. Brianna’s business law expertise involves general corporate law and securities, as well as commercial law matters. Brianna also assists clients with the preparation of their Wills and Powers of Attorney. Her enthusiasm, keen attention to detail and determination are all qualities that have made her a great addition to the Business Law Group.
Brianna grew up in Welland, Ontario and is fluently bilingual in both English and French. She is proud to be able to represent and assist clients in both of Canada’s official languages.
