Doug Sinclair

Doug Sinclair joined the Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall Corporate Department in 2015 after completing his Law Clerk Diploma with Honours, from Algonquin College. Familiar with many corporate law aspects, Doug enjoys exploring the complexity of a corporation’s progression from its initial incorporation to decisions regarding maintenance and growth. As part of the corporate team, Doug works closely with firm lawyers on various transactions including the filing of securities documents for reporting issuers, annual resolutions and corporate minutes, preparing documents to incorporate and maintain not-for-profit corporations as well as meeting and correspondence with clients, accountants and various government agencies.
