Philippe Guiton


Philippe joined the Litigation Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall in 2019 after practicing in a variety of different legal areas. He completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa in 2014 after having obtained his Civil Law degree in 2013. He subsequently articled at a Criminal Law firm, representing clients in matters varying from first degree murder to driving under the influence. Philippe then transitioned into Litigation, where he represented clients in Litigation matters before the Superior Court of Ontario, Federal Court, Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board in matters involving personal injuries, insurance claims, tax fraud and bankruptcy. Philippe’s expertise encompasses all aspects of litigation files including trials, motions, mediations and settlement conferences.

Philippe is active in the community through volunteer and Pro Bono engagements, and affiliations with various community associations and organizations. He is fluently bilingual in both English and French, and is proud to be able to assist clients in both of Canada’s official languages.
