Trent McBain joined the Litigation Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall in 2018 after successfully completing his articling and summer programs with the firm. Trent received his J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2017 and an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences with Specialization in Criminology from the University of Ottawa in 2008. Prior to law school, Trent spent six years with the Ontario Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services working as a Probation and Parole Officer. During law school, Trent completed an internship with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in Detroit, Michigan. He also volunteered his time with Pro Bono Students Canada, the Windsor Law Peer Mentorship Program, and was president of the Windsor Law Hockey Players’ Association. Trent has experience within an extensive range of legal issues and strives to meet his clients’ objectives.
