Sandra Burwash

Sandy is a senior corporate law clerk in our business law department. With over 25 years in our corporate and commercial practice area, her expertise covers the full scope of business registrations, incorporations and ongoing corporate records maintenance, to the more complex transactions involving tax and corporate reorganizations, amalgamations, continuances, professional corporations, and due diligence reviews of corporate records for buying and selling of businesses and corporate financings.

Sandy is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and the Ottawa Association of Law Clerks.
