Blake Bochinski joined Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP/s.r.l. as an associate in the Litigation Law Group in 2024 after practicing at a mid-sized law Firm in Ottawa. Blake has a varied litigation practice in commercial, employment, estate, construction, and real estate disputes. He has experience working on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Blake received his Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Ottawa in 2018 with a specialization in “Dispute Resolution.”  He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019.

During law school, Blake worked at the University’s Community Legal Clinic, providing pro bono legal services in landlord and tenant law matters to university students and members of the Ottawa community.

Blake is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience from the intake of the file up until the resolution of the matter. He is known for obtaining desirable settlements for his clients by implementing innovative, strategic and collaborative solutions. Where settlement is not a viable option, Blake has vigorously defended the rights of his clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and several different administrative tribunals.
