Megan Peterman

Megan Peterman joined Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP/s.r.l. in January of 2025. Megan is a lawyer in the Real Estate Law Group and advises clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing.
Megan was called to the Bar in 2022, after completing the Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Commence programs at the University of Ottawa. Prior to joining Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP, Megan practised real estate law at a national law firm, where she represented clients in development and various transactional matters.
Megan’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, working with buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords, tenants, and investors. Megan learns about her clients’ businesses to provide tailored advice and has experience closing complex commercial transactions in both English and French.
