C. Warren Stroud

Warren Stroud joined Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP in March 2020 after achieving immense success at his former, highly esteemed Firm, Goldberg Stroud. Warren was called to the Bar in 1980 after obtaining his B.A. (Honours) from York University in 1974, and his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 1978.

Well respected in the legal Real Estate community, Warren practices primarily in the field of commercial Real Estate, with particular emphasis on condominium development and related matters, including mortgage financing. He is one of few lawyers in Ottawa who has a vast amount of experience in this area. Warren’s extensive knowledge and familiarity in Real Estate Law makes him an incredibly valued member of our team.
