Jack Song

Jack joined the Family Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill and McDougall LLP/s.r.l. in 2023 after completing his articling program with the firm. Jack specializes in family law litigation, and is capable of assisting clients with a variety of family law issues, including parenting, support, division of property, trust claims for unmarried couples, and negotiating and drafting domestic contracts. Jack has vigorously advocated the rights of his clients before the Unified Family Court and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Jack received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) with Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa in 2022. During law school, Jack worked at the University’s Community Legal Clinic, providing pro bono legal services in family law matters to university students and members of the Ottawa community.

Prior to law school, Jack obtained an undergraduate degree in Legal Studies with a specialization in Business Law at Carleton University. He worked as a law clerk at a small-sized firm in Ottawa for five years, primarily assisting with real estate and family law matters.

宋律师于 2022 年以优异成绩获得了渥太华大学法学博士学位 (J.D.)。在法学院学习期间，宋律师曾在大学的社区法律诊所工作，为大学生和渥太华居民提供家庭法事务方面的无偿法律服务。

在进入法学院之前，宋律师在卡尔顿大学获得了法律研究学士学位，主修商法。他在渥太华的一家小型律师事务所担任了五年的法律职员，主要协助处理房地产和家庭法事务。
