Manuel Mady

Manuel Mady’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and general corporate matters.
Manuel joined Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP/s.r.l. in 2026 after gaining a breadth of legal experience working on a wide variety of matters in a downtown Toronto corporate boutique law firm. His experience and business background equip him to provide his clients with balanced counselling and legal advice. He focuses on providing practical, detailed, and well-rounded support for his clients across transactions, negotiations, and corporate housekeeping. Manuel prides himself on his responsiveness, straightforwardness, and commitment to our clients’ success.
Prior to being called to the bar, Manuel worked with Pro Bono Students Canada on programs assisting newcomers to Canada and served as President of the Western Law French Society and Chairman of the Alumni Committee at Western Law.
Manuel is trilingual in English, Arabic, and French.
