Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP/s.r.l. is pleased to announce that Anne-Marie Magneron has joined the Firm’s Partnership.

Anne-Marie is a lawyer in the Firm’s Real Estate Law Group. She specializes in land development and commercial real estate. For years, she has represented buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers and investors in various real estate transactions but now specializes in all aspects of development law including the creation of subdivisions and condominiums. Anne-Marie also advises clients on matters relating to preparation of their Wills and Powers of Attorney, acts as an Estate Trustee and practices in the area of Estates Law. Anne-Marie sits on the Firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, is Co-Chair of the PRHM Student Program and acts as a mentor to young lawyers at the Firm.
