Morgan Lee

Morgan Lee joined Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall as an Associate in the Real Estate Group in 2021.
After completing her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa, Morgan articled with a local firm, where she researched and advised on legal issues relating to corporate law, estate planning, and real estate. She also spent time practicing in business and contract law involving private equity transactions.
With a background in real estate development, Morgan’s interest in real estate was sparked long before she became a lawyer. Her practice now focuses on residential and commercial real estate, working with buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords, tenants, and investors in various transactions. Morgan advises on a broad range of real estate matters, including commercial leasing, financing, property acquisition, disposition, and development.
