Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP/s.r.l. is pleased to announce that lawyer, Megan D. Wallace, has joined the firm’s Partnership. Megan is a lawyer in our Business Law Group, assisting a variety of business clients – ranging from corporations that operate across Canada to local family-owned businesses on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions and advice on proposed agreements and transactions.  Megan is also the Head of the Firm’s Not-for-Profit and Charity Law Group – working with not-for-profits and charities on governance and compliance issues, transactions and agreements. Her experience volunteering on various Boards for not-for-profit organizations and registered charities lends well to her own practice and expertise in that sector.

Megan is a member of the bars of both Ontario and Alberta.
