Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP/s.r.l.’s Family Law Group is a force to be reckoned with. The Family Law Group boasts Sarah Kennedy, Richard Bowles, Alexandra Fleck, and Jack Song. This dynamic group brings a great deal of knowledge and positive results when advocating on behalf of their clients.
Sarah Kennedy, Head of the Family Law Group, worked as an acting Senior Advisor at the National Judicial Institute and then as a Family Lawyer at Legal Aid Ontario, before entering private practice where she continued to practice exclusively in the area of family law. Sarah appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice, as well as before the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. In addition to her litigation practice, Sarah is also a certified Arbitrator and is pleased to offer her services in that capacity as well.
Richard Bowles has practiced in partnership, associations, and as a sole practitioner in Ottawa for over 40 years. Richard was called to the Ontario Bar in 1981 after having graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa Law School in 1979. In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Richard is also skilled in alternative dispute resolution and brings significant skills and experience to bear in either forum.
Alexandra Fleck completed her L.L.B. from the University of Leicester in 2019 and graduated with her L.L.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2020, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021.
Jack Song received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) with cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 2022 and completed his articles with the Firm, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. Jack offers his services in both English and Chinese.
