Karin Pagé


Karin Pagé joined Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall as an Associate in the Litigation Group after completing her articling term with the firm in 2007. Karin was named as a Partner in 2018.

Karin’s practice encompasses a wide variety of areas, including employment law, sports law, defamation, and general civil litigation. She routinely advises clients on wrongful dismissals, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, workplace policies and human rights. Karin also represents various national and provincial sport organizations, advising them on a range of issues including disciplinary investigations and hearings. She has experience representing her clients at mediation, arbitration, in court, and before administrative tribunals.

Karin has experience advising and representing a diverse clientele on a wide range of matters, including wrongful dismissals, human rights claims, employment standards, and grievance arbitration. Karin has worked on several significant cases and arbitrations, including a $25 million intellectual property litigation involving multiple parties and several causes of action, a $100 million claim concerning an aerospace and defence industry contract, and a $250 million construction contract.

Prior to embarking on a career in law, Karin worked for a national organization in the dental industry in corporate governance and program management. With her extensive corporate background, Karin offers practical and strategic thinking to advance her clients’ interests efficiently and effectively.

Karin currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hopewell Eating Disorder Support Centre and the Harry P. Ward Foundation, an organization which provides financial support to local charitable organizations.

Karin is fluent in both English and French.
